DAA T1 Set Down Lanes
The works involved the reconstruction and reconfiguration of the T1 Set Down Lane areas of Dublin Airport. The works were carried out on a phased basis with detailed traffic and pedestrian management plans implemented for each stage.
The scope of works included:
- Excavation of the existing pavement and replacement with a 20 year design life construction.
- Reprofiling of the traffic islands between the traffic lanes including the provision of Kassel kerbs.
- Provision of twin 200mm diameter watermains and associated hydrants, valves and chambers as part of the airport campus potable and hydrant watermain upgrade scheme.
- Line markings, anti-skid and signs.
- Provision of 4 Nr Bus Shelters
- New pedestrian fencing
- Cleaning CCTV and refurbishment works to existing drains
