How We Work

The Balfour Beatty Management Team sets policy and takes responsibility for performance in safety, health, the environment, business ethics, risk management, human rights and other social issues.

We utilise skilled and competent operatives and staff, and we impose the same high standards on our sub-contractors and suppliers. We are continually measuring our performance against the civil engineering construction industry and identifying areas for improvement.
